And no one can do absolutely everything, even though small business owners & nonprofit leaders often try to do it all! I am a highly productive and efficient marketing project manager, with a desire to make a positive impact on your business objectives. With over 20 years of diverse marketing experience in B2B, B2C and nonprofit environments, I enjoy coming alongside small businesses & nonprofits to provide marketing expertise and ongoing marketing services that make a difference to their bottom line and/or bring key projects to completion.

I consider myself a versatile marketing asset on your team that can serve as a part-time outsourced marketing director or project manager on a monthly retainer. I am also available for hire on a project basis.

Your Branding Essentials

In order to maximize the results from any marketing strategies & tactics you have in mind, you need to ensure your brand strategy is clear and cohesive. We will review what you currently have in place, and if needed, I can work with you to build out your brand strategy & brand identity assets. Any content created going forward will depend on having this foundation solid.

Digital Presence - SEO & CRO

Fundamental to getting found online is:

Having your website optimized for relevance around your target keywords (called onsite Search Engine Optimization or SEO)
Establishing your website as a trustworthy resource for those keyword searches (called offsite SEO).

Also, once visitors land on your site, you want your site to do an excellent job of leading them to take the next step of engagement, like viewing deeper content or completing a contact form, which is called Conversion Rate Optimization, or CRO.

We will discuss where the gaps are and how I can help with website and business listing services.

Ongoing Marketing Services to Get, Keep & Grow your Clients

If you are looking for ongoing marketing support, my consultation will include a discussion of the customer relationships “funnel” and how various marketing strategies and tactics can work to establish, sustain, and deepen your connections with your clients (and donors and volunteers if you are a nonprofit). The outcome of that conversation, combined with how much you are able to invest in marketing, will inform what I recommend we do going forward. Core elements will likely include website enhancements, content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, local SEO, and reputation management.

Once we are working together, we will meet regularly to review results, discuss what’s working and what’s not, make the needed adjustments, and outline rolling quarterly plans.
