Mirador Retreats Website Launch

We were thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Tom and Tori Dabasinskas of Mirador Retreats to bring their years-long business vision to life, culminating in the recent launch of their website. This project was part of a services package that included everything needed to get their business set up for success, specifically:

  1. Developing a clear and robust brand strategy

  2. Creating a brand identity that effectively supported their brand

  3. Establishing their digital presence

As part of what we call the “branding essentials” (items 1 and 2 above), we helped the client clarify their purpose, mission, vision, values, and personality, as well as hone in on their ideal clients, their service offerings, and what makes them unique in the marketplace. We then coached them through development of their audience personas, value proposition, and key messaging. All of this effort was synthesized into their brand strategy, which informed the creation of a brand identity - to include logos, font system, and color palette - that really fit.

As we moved into the digital presence stage of the project, we set up their Google Business Profile, and then gathered input from the client about the website’s goals, functionality, and visuals using our website checklist, ensuring that nothing was missed. We used that input and their copy to design the homepage and subpages, creating a site architecture that was easy to navigate, served the business goals, and aligned with the brand identity and the client’s desired visual aesthetic. We worked on location with the client to capture and collect high quality images for the site, including headshots, location photos and working photos.

On the back end, we optimized the site’s SEO for maximum visibility in search. We set up the site’s analytics capabilities, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook pixel, and Hotjar, so that the client will have a wealth of quality data to pinpoint trends, track success metrics, and make informed decisions about their business going forward.

The end result was a beautiful, engaging website that truly reflects the spirit and values of Mirador Retreats, and will serve the client and their customers well.
